Ajuga 'Metallica Crispa'
Groundcover
Ajuga pyramidalis 'Metallica Crispa'. Also known as bungleweed this plant is a great choice for groundcover. It performs equally well in sun or shade. Locations with some direct sun will invigorate the plant. It does spread but it is not too invasive. It features pretty bright blue flowers just above the compact shiny foliage. This wonder plant adapts well to dry or moist conditions and even grows well in poor soil. Hummingbirds find the flowers enticing.
MATURE HEIGHT: Foliage 6". In bloom 8".
MATURE SPREAD: Groundcover.
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8.
