FERTILE
Hosta fortunei 'Albo Picta'. In spring the leaves emerge with a beautiful gold variegation in the center. Matures to a handsome clump 26" tall and 45" wide. 'Albo Picta' fortunei is a very fertile hosta, often producing numerous viable seed pods. It was considered a very important breeding plant in Europe when it first appeared. Although this variety loses its variegation as the summer progresses it is a worthwhile specimen.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
