Benedict/Gowen (1990). Small [10" tall x 14" wide].
Purple flowers mid season.
Hosta 'Bridegroom' features green, ovate, wavy, twisted leaves. Margins have lots of little undulations. A self-fed seedling of 'Holly's Honey'. Very attractive and different, awarded the 2004 AHS "Alex J. Summers Distinguished Merit Award". Be sure to plant this one in a prominent place.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
