Hosta 'Carolina Sunshine'

Hosta 'Carolina Sunshine' is a seedling from 'swoosh' x H. tibae. This newer beauty features dark green, irregularly wavy, shiny leaves with yellow margins. As the Summer progresses the margins darken to a yellowish-green hue. Individual leaves measure 8.5" long and 4" wide, quickly forming an attractive, dense mound of glossiness. 'Carolina Sunshine' was the convention plant of the 2001 American Hosta Society National Convention in North Carolina. (Avent 1999)
