Hosta 'Cutting Edge'

One of our favorites. Quite distinct and showy. Hosta 'Cutting Edge' is a hybrid of 'Salute' x H. pycnophhylla. This beauty is a fountain of ruffled leaf margins that are arched and folded, revealing their white backs. Mature leaves measure 13.5" long by 6.5" wide. Forms a mound of rippled blue-green leaves that have been declared "a masterpiece". (Gowen/Benedict 1999)

MATURE SPREAD: 34".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Lavender, late season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
