Hosta 'Dorset Blue' is a special cross of tardiflora x sieboldiana 'Elegans'. A classic little blue that has stood the test of time. Features thick, cupped, very blue leaves. A plant by which many others are judged. Quite slug resistant. Fertile. (Smith/Aden 1977)
MATURE HEIGHT: 8".
MATURE SPREAD: 12".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Pale lavender, mid season.
