Part sun to full shade. [6-12" tall]. USDA Hardiness Zones 4-8.
Athyrium filix-femina Minutissima. Fern 'Dwarf Lady' is a cute new mini that forms a thick mound. Not invasive, this little gem has a clumping habit. A perfect choice for the front of a shady garden. 'Dwarf Lady' also lines walkways quite nicely. Those with small gardens or "full" gardens will appreciate this plant's compact habit.
Kindly note: disease-free vegetatively produced ferns usually take a few years to display their full splendor. Our 2-3 year old plants look really great but will need another season or two to show their complete uniqueness, size, texture and color.
