Dryopteris dilatata. Fern 'Jimmy Dyce' features stiff, upright, lacy fronds with a hint of blue. Not invasive, this unusual gem has a clumping habit. When grown in absolute "ideal" conditions (ie acidic, moist woodland, rich organic matter) this fern can get considerably bigger, but for most U.S. gardeners this plant will grow to about 24" tall. A native of Great Britain. Add a touch of elegance to your garden with this textured beauty.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
