Part sun to full shade. [18" tall x 18" wide]. USDA Hardiness Zones 4-9.
Athyrium nip. var. pictum 'Red Beauty'. A beautiful version of the 'Japanese Painted' fern with red veins and green fronds that are shaded with silver. Differs from 'Regal Red' with its extensive silver color. A slow spreading fern, not invasive.
Kindly note: disease-free vegetatively produced ferns usually take a few years to display their full splendor. Our 2-3 year old plants look really great but will need another season or two to show their complete uniqueness, size, texture and color.
