Hosta 'Fried Bananas'
FRAGRANT FLOWERS
Hosta 'Fried Bananas' is a gold sport of 'Guacamole'. Like its mother it has fragrant flowers. It is a strong grower with smooth, shiny, yellow-gold leaves that are slightly folded and ovate in shape. Semi upright growth habit. (Solberg 1994)
Another fine introduction from Mr. Bob Solberg. We have found that any hosta with his name on it is definitely a variety worth growing. Bob has a wonderful reputation of releasing hostas that are truly different and special.
MATURE HEIGHT: 24".
MATURE SPREAD: 48".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: White, mid season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
SIZE SHIPPED: Classic 3" pot.
