Gaillardia 'Goblin'
EASY TO GROW!
Gaillardia aristata 'Goblin'. Gaillardia are hardy perennials that are drought tolerant once they are established. They endure heat better than many other plants so they are often used in the South, to Zone 10. Sometimes referred to as Blanket Flowers, they thrive best in well draining, poor soil. A native to North America, it gets its common name from the fact that it would 'blanket' the countryside prairies when in bloom. Generally considered deer-resistant they make great cut flowers, both fresh and dried.
