Heuchera 'Berry Timeless'
NON-STOP PINK FLOWERS
Heuchera 'Berry Timeless' The crisp green leaves are blushed with a cool silver overlay. Pink flowers appear early in the season and just keep coming. The "spent" flowers dry in place, adding to the growing bouquet forming over the tidy clump. What is so remarkable is what happens when the flowers are spent—they dry in place on the stems similar to what Statice does instead of falling off and leaving bare stems, thus the reference to the everlasting flowers in its name. You’ll get a two toned look of light and dark pink flowers on the same plant for a strong show of color. Even better, this plant blooms and reblooms continuously, not in waves, from early summer to frost! . PP#26357.
This plant is a Heuchera villosa hybrid. The villosa species is a robust grower with an increased tolerance of high heat and humidity over other species. Most villosas produce flowers in midsummer, though they are usually grown more for their fantastic foliage. H. villosa is native to the southeastern United States. If you live in the south this plant is a great choice for your garden!
