Heuchera 'Cherry Cola'

HGTV's HECK-OF-A-HEUCHERA™

Heuchera 'Cherry Cola'. Front of the border charm with lovely red brown leaves and rust-cherry red flowers. 'Cherry Cola' performs all year round. Something fizzy for the garden. A hybrid with americana, micrantha & villosa genes. One of several in the “Soda” series from Terra Nova, along with ‘Root Beer’ and ‘Ginger Ale’. PP#22967.

This plant is a Heuchera villosa hybrid. The villosa species is a robust grower with an increased tolerance of high heat and humidity over other species. Most villosas produce flowers in midsummer, though they are usually grown more for their fantastic foliage. H. villosa is native to the southeastern United States. If you live in the south this plant is a great choice for your garden!

Heuchera SODA™ Series by Terra Nova Nurseries: Why Soda? The leaves = color of the liquid and the flowers = the color of the foam. Great medium sized, vigorous landscape plants with round leaves, great foliage color, long bloom time (mid spring to early summer) and showy flowers.

MATURE HEIGHT: Foliage 6". In bloom 18".

MATURE SPREAD: 14".

HARDINESS ZONES: 4,5,6,7,8,9.
