Hibiscus moscheutos Summer Spice 'Bleu Brulee'. A revolution in hardy hibiscus - BLUE! Yes, blue flowers! The sky blue flowers (some describe as smoky steel blue) are ruffled, with red centers and yellow stamens. A naturally compact variety that grows to just 3 feet tall. PPAF.
