Hosta 'Elatior'
A GIANT!
Hosta nigrescens 'Elatior' is a gigantic mound of huge foliage topped by very tall scapes - what a plant! In moist, shaded situations scapes can reach 7' or more in height; a tremendous background or specimen plant. No longer in commercial production - get one while you can! (Ruh 2002)
MATURE HEIGHT: 36".
MATURE SPREAD: 80".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Lavender mid season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
