SEASONAL OFFERING ~ BARE ROOT PLANTS are only shipped late Summer/early Fall, usually in September.

USDA Hardiness Zones 4-6. Blooms early season.
Lupinus polyphyllus hybrid. 'Russell Band Of Nobles' features a mix of colors - red, yellow, purple, white, blue, pink and many bicolors. This offer is for one plant of random color. Lupine grow best in cool soil. Lupine attract butterflies and hummingbirds. They make wonderful cut flowers. Rebloomers if deadheaded.
Late Summer/early Fall is the only time to plant bare root Lupines. The roots love the cool soil and establish quickly, a guarantee of spring flowers! Lupine are not recommended for Southern gardeners.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
