Petryszyn (1994). Large [30" tall x 36" wide]. Pale purple flowers early season.
Hosta 'Manhattan' features large green leaves that have so many textures and visuals displayed that it reminded the breeder of the famous busy but organized city - Manhattan. The large green leaves are heart-shaped with amazingly rippled margins. The purple flowers are held high upon reddish scapes. A 'Sea Frolic' seedling. One hosta not to be missed if you appreciate the big ones. Fertile.
PLANT SIZE: This plant is shipped well rooted and growing in a deep 3" pot.
