RARE TREE PEONY
Tree peony. Paeonia suffruticosa 'Kamatanishiki'. This rare beauty features exotic looking, semi-doubled, wisteria blue, sweet smelling blossoms. The edges of the flowers are slightly faded and the blossom appears to shine in the sunlight. This perennial also goes by the name "Kamata Tapestries". Tree peonies bloom about 3 weeks earlier than the standard garden variety. The plant's stem does not die to the ground like old-fashioned peonies. These plants are resistant to deer. The flowers make super fresh cut bouquets. Drought tolerant once established. These special plants are shipped BAREROOT.
Due to a recent frost most plants are shipped partially to fully trimmed.
(but Heuchera still look really good!)
All plants are going dormant.
