RARE TREE PEONY
Tree peony. Paeonia suffruticosa 'Kinkaku'. This rare beauty features a multitude of yellow petals edged in bright orange. This perennial also goes by the name "Golden Temple of Nara". Tree peonies bloom about 3 weeks earlier than the standard garden variety. The plant's stem does not die to the ground like old-fashioned peonies. These plants are resistant to deer. The flowers make super fresh cut bouquets. Drought tolerant once established.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
