Moss Phlox. Phlox subulata 'Scarlet Flame' features mounds of bright red blooms in Spring. A tough, durable ground cover with needle-like semi evergreen foliage. Especially alluring on hill sides, slopes or cascading over edges of containers or flower boxes.
