Tall Garden Phlox paniculata 'Neon Flare' is a compact and disease-resistant perennial phlox with fascinating flowers. The white petals blend to purple, then end with a bright rosy-red tip. A rosy-red eye completes the alluring coloration. A super plant from the Netherlands. PP#21754.
