Sedum 'Red Wiggle'
Low maintenance!
Sedum ochroleucum 'Red Wiggle'. An interesting low growing plant with needle-like leaves and colorful foliage. It displays a unique bicolor appearance, growing tips are green while the older more mature growth turns red. The dramatic coloration occurs late in the season when the whole plant turns brilliant red through winter. Add some texture and color to a sunny garden or a front porch container.
This sedum is sensitive to over-watering. In fact it grows best when completely ignored. Roots will rot if kept too wet. Lots of sun too!
MATURE HEIGHT: 3-5".
MATURE SPREAD: Groundcover.
HARDINESS ZONES: 4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Yellow, late season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Full sun to mostly sunny.
