Hosta 'Sno Cone'
A RARE OFFERING
Hosta 'Sno Cone'. Bob Solberg says it best... "Finally there is a dark green-margined, white-centered, 'Fire and Ice' look-a-like that grows really well." A sport of 'Night Before Christmas' with very thick foliage, probably a tetraploid. Center emerges white and stays white all season, without any melt out. By late summer the center can green up a little, most likely the reason this white-centered hosta is a strong grower. (Solberg 2009)
MATURE HEIGHT: 10".
MATURE SPREAD: 24".
HARDINESS ZONES: 3,4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Light lavender, mid season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Part sun to shade.
