Hosta 'Sun Worshiper'
It's back!
Hosta 'Sun Worshiper'. A 'Whisky Sour' seedling that features shockingly bright yellow foliage with red petioles. The yellow color holds up well and can even be lightened to near white with some direct sunshine. The glossy ovate leaves are of good substance and mature to 7" x 3". We find it to be a good strong grower. (Solberg 2006)
Bob Solberg describes it best... "This fast growing hosta holds its yellow color very well even in the shade which it prefers. It makes a flowing mound of very yellow, almost translucent foliage in the spring that beckons to garden visitors." Photography courtesy: Bob Solberg.
