Tiarella 'Neon Lights' PP#13289 is an interesting introduction from Terra Nova. It features the blackest, black centered, palmate-cut leaves with contrasting neon green margins. Its large leaves 'glowed' during trials. Also known as Foam Flower, deer-resistance is just one more of its special qualities.
