Hosta "Vulcan" is an interesting new white-centered sport of "Captain Kirk". Thin gold streaks appear where the dark green margin overlaps with the white center. The color pattern reminds one a little of hosta "Striptease", which happens to be in the same family line. White flower scapes with light lavender flowers - a fantastic display! A vigorous grower too!

This beauty is one of our favorite introductions for 2008. The foliage posesses better than average substance and the leaves look great all season long. The white is bright and alluring. This one is destined for greatness.
