AQUILEGIA SELECTIONS
Aquilegia are another favorite from Grandmother's garden. Sometimes referred to as Columbine or Granny's Bonnet, no matter what you call it you will love it. A shade tolerant hardy perennial with showy flowers that are great additions to flower bouquets. Cut flowers last up to 2 weeks in the vase!
Aquilegia grow best in loose, average to rich, well draining soil. These woodland plants thrive in a partly shady site. We enjoy planting these pretty flowers among our hostas and ferns for a colorful display early in the season. A great addition to butterfly gardens. Rabbit resistant.
All plants are dropping leaves as the season ends. Most plants are shipped without foliage.
