Echinacea 'Summer Sky'

HUGE FRAGRANT FLOWERS!

Echinacea 'Summer Sky' PP#18783 is a special hybrid of E. purpurea x E. paradoxa. The first bicolor coneflower created several years ago as the explosion of new colors were being bred. The 5" flowers are light orange with a rose colored halo and orange cone. Highly fragrant, it holds its color well. It may not be the newest of "new" but it holds its own and it is sure to become a corner stone in echinacea collections everywhere. An introduction from Itsaul Plants' "Big Sky" series.

MATURE HEIGHT: 30-36".

MATURE SPREAD: 24".

HARDINESS ZONES: 4,5,6,7,8,9.

FLOWER: Mid to late season.
