Echinacea 'Aloha' PP#23525. Introduced in 2011 by Terra Nova Nurseries, Inc. Wide, melon yellow petals surround orange cones on this all summer to frost bloomer. A very welcoming and elegant plant that greets you with its fragrance and beauty. Use en masse for the border, in a mixed bed, and as a cut flower.
This coneflower is a member of the "Prairie Pillars" family of echinacea from Terra Nova Nurseries. Long, strong stems and huge flowers is what this group of outstanding plants is all about. The non-fading flowers provide an excellent extended color display in the garden through frost and make outstanding cut flowers for indoor bouquets. Some of the best cultivars in the world.
'Aloha' differs from other similar varieties in the following ways:
♦ Longer bloom time than 'Sunrise'.
♦ More horizontal petals than 'Sunrise'.
♦ Completely unique flower color from all other tall varieties.
