Astilbe japonica 'Deutschland'. Pure white, open, lacy plumes in early summer. Bold, glossy, deep green foliage gives the plant usefulness when not in bloom. A member of Astilbe japonica (Japanese Astilbe). A species characterized by an early bloom time and glossy green leaves often tinged with red. Flowers are produced in dense, pyramidal clusters.
MATURE HEIGHT: 24-30".
MATURE SPREAD: 18-24".
HARDINESS ZONES: 4,5,6,7,8,9.
FLOWER: Early season.
SUN EXPOSURE: Full sun to shade.
SIZE SHIPPED: 2.5" pot.
